"Phases" is a collection of songs I wrote while in recovery at Lionrock. While I was there, I met so many amazing people and learned so much about myself, addiction, trauma, and healing. This album is a way to give back to that community, and anyone in recovery. If you've got one year, one day, or one hour sober, I love you. Keep going.
